Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access the VELZI storefront or purchase a product. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with the Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies published on this storefront. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live, or use the storefront with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping information.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences in color or appearance. Product features, packaging, pricing, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Payment and checkout are processed by Whop and its payment partners. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including when payment cannot be authorized, information is incomplete, pricing is clearly incorrect, inventory is unavailable, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout before payment.
Shipping and returns
Orders are governed by the Shipping and Returns policies published on this storefront. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Product use and oral-care information
Use VELZI products only as directed and stop use if the product causes unexpected pain, injury, or irritation. Product descriptions and storefront content are general information and are not dental or medical advice. VELZI products are not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care. Consult a qualified dental or medical professional when appropriate.
Intellectual property
VELZI names, logos, product presentation, photographs, videos, and original storefront content are owned by or licensed to VELZI. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the storefront is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. VELZI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront or products where such limitations are permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
